Returns & warranty

You can return unused, unfitted items in their original packing within 7 days of delivery with your order number.

Warranty claims need the ROHS Lights warranty sticker (barcode) on the product. We repair or replace faulty items within the warranty period shown on the product page.

Damage caused by wrong installation, voltage problems or breakage after delivery is not covered.
